The Craddock Oaks concept is a planned community decades in the making in the heart of Virginia’s Smith Mountain Lake. The developers have completed numerous residential communities throughout Central Virginia and are bringing all of their “best practices” to Craddock Oaks.
The planned home options offer a setting where painstaking effort is being made to preserve a natural setting. Homes will be constructed to complement the natural roll of the land, mature trees, and a general sense of a “front porch” community where neighbors visit, share an iced tea on their front porch, mingle at the pool, dine at the waterfront restaurant, or enjoy a boat ride on Smith Mountain Lake.
